I loved its strategic and easy location!

The hotel was fairly clean and the room was reasonably large. The room with a view. Hairdryers, a spa bathtub, and bath robes were available there. Location: the venue was adjacent to bus station and train station, an excellent Restaurant, and shops. It also was in the center...

this is a comfortable hotel in a nice building. the rooms are silent and big size with a view and our experience is good. glad to have central heating, a safe, and multi-channel television.

Good location, close to the location we need. Friendly staff, individual approach to the customer, free wi-fi but with speed problems sometimes.

For spa you need to appoint time in advance, poor breakfast (not 4 star breakfast) till 9.30 am only and no tea facilities.

The hotel is centrally located, with a short 10-minute walk to the pedestrian area and restaurants. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. Parking was available and the hotel had air conditioning.

Felt really comfortable, no complaints.

Everything was excellent except….

I just arrived, parked my car went to reception, reservation trough Booked.net ok, they ask for my credit card (taught it was just standard credit card approval like many other hotels but as I see in the next following 3 minutes the ladies in reception were already taking the money form my account (then give them the invoicing details, A.S.o …in 20 minutes from my arrival I was checked-in, room paid and didn’t even saw it  Rooms are excellent, the hotel has a luxury look, good food in the restaurant, all super but this payment issue (so during my stay there I had to pay 3 times, room, meal and minibar, so 3 payments, 3 invoices). It bothered me because I travel a lot and I prefer for each location I stay to have 1 invoice to contain all services. Discussing with the ladies in the reception they said that this is a new rule in Bulgaria bla bla…bushtit, next day I stayed in Sofia at Best Western Europa and paid as usual in the morning after, 1 invoice, 1 payment for all services (room, meal, minibar…) Mr General Manager of the Hotel, what is this? Were you afraid that I would run-away without paying?   

Nothing not to like.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and I really liked the quiet atmosphere. The location was great, as there were many excellent restaurants within a short walking distance. The hotel also provided free parking in the garage, which was very convenient. The Wi-Fi connectivity was available in all areas, so I was able to stay connected throughout my stay. The staff was friendly and the service was top-notch, which made me feel welcome and well taken care of.

I was a bit disappointed to find out that the swimming pool was undergoing maintenance during my entire stay. I wasn't informed about this beforehand, and I feel that the hotel should have sent a personal email to all the guests to notify them of this.

Conveniently located near city center and attractions. Clean rooms with air conditioning. Helpful and friendly staff. Option for paid parking available. Easily accessible to central street of the city.
